Join us for interactive Zoom workshops that help you apply the tools and strategies from the Field Safety Training: Changing the Culture of Fieldwork online course. These 90-minute sessions are designed to support safer, more inclusive field environments through real-world scenario discussions and team-based reflection. Workshop #1 focuses on developing Norms Agreements, which are a key component of a field team's Code of Conduct. Workshop #2 focuses on Bystander Intervention strategies that individual members of field teams can use to recognize and respond to challenging situations. Completion of both workshops, following the online course, qualifies you for an ADVANCEing FieldSafety Certificate. Workshops are offered monthly and capped at 20 participants to ensure a meaningful experience. Attendees may participate in the workshops in any order.
