Atmospheric Science & Climate Modeling in the Gunnison Valley: Field Based Course
Join us for a 1-credit field-based course with atmospheric scientists from NOAA and other institutions to learn firsthand about the SPLASH project, a Study of Precipitation, the Lower Atmosphere and Surface for Hydrometeorology, being conducted at the Rocky Mountain Biological Laboratory in the Gunnison Valley. We will be spending two days in the field visiting four sites with scientists, ranging from the Avery Peak picnic area north of Gothic down to the Roaring Judy Fish Hatchery.
