As members of a field team the collective responsibility to keep each other safe relies on each individual to do their part. Here we’ll discuss strategies to interrupt micro-aggressions, intervene if harassment is observed, and to positively use positions of privilege. If managed well, everyone can be kept ‘on side’ and a team can be stronger after working through obstacles.
