The Girls on Rock program, hosted by the CIRES Center for Education, Engagement, and Evaluation, won a 2025 Innovative Environmental Education Award from the Colorado Alliance for Environmental Education (CAEE). Each year, CAEE "recognizes and honors individuals, organizations, and schools from around the state of Colorado for their innovation and dedication to moving the field of environmental and outdoor learning forward.
