Ella graduated with an undergraduate degree in Astrophysical and Planetary Sciences with minors in Atmospheric and Oceanic Science and Space in spring 2023. During this time, Ella worked on research projects compiling weather data for environmental impacts as well as on a university grant, developing a multidisciplinary data science course for humanities majors. After working in the wedding industry after graduation, she is now working towards a degree in Atmospheric and Oceanic Science and will finish in Spring 2026. Her scientific interests are in outreach and education as well as in broadcast meteorology, as she is passionate about making science simple and accessible for a broad range of audiences in as many forms as possible. In her free time, Ella is a big foodie and enjoys trying new restaurants as well as attending live music shows, going to pilates, and volunteering in the Asian community spaces here in Colorado.
