Engaged Scientist Series

As communities face growing challenges in resilience, environmental health, and safety, scientists need the skills to engage effectively beyond the university. The Engaged Scientist Series was created for early-career STEM researchers and offered resources to support meaningful collaboration with partners and public audiences.

Through public lectures and interactive workshops, experts in science, communication, and community engagement shared case studies and best practices. Participants gained tools to build resilient partnerships, navigate challenges, and communicate their work across diverse settings and media platforms.
