This event honors the National Science Foundation's 75th anniversary and marks the opening of the We are Water traveling exhibit at The Powerhouse in Durango, CO. 

When: Saturday, May 10th, 2025

Where: The Powerhouse & Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado

Event Details:

• Exhibit Opening Day and Community Celebration: 10 am - 3 pm at The Powerhouse: Join community partners to engage with hands-on science activities for people of all ages. Food trucks will be on site.
• Educator Workshop: 2 - 4 pm at The Powerhouse: Curriculum and resources will be provided to support water-related learning activities.
• Film Festival & Panel: 6 - 8 pm at Fort Lewis College - Noble Hall 130: View educational films on local water issues and engage with a panel.

Who: Events are open and free to the public! We hope to attract a broad audience, including families of all ages.
