Annually, the OPA offers Outstanding Postdoc and Outstanding Postdoc Mentor Awards recognizing exceptional postdocs and postdoc mentors. The Outstanding Postdoc Awards recognize Postdoctoral Associates or Postdoctoral Fellows who demonstrate excellence in research, communication, and leadership. Nominees must be nominated by a faculty member and have completed at least 3 months of postdoctoral service at CU Boulder at the time of application.

This year’s pool of nominees was exceptionally strong, and Grace was one of the many nominated post-doctoral candidates. However, she stood out for her significant contributions to research, leadership, and the CU Boulder community.

She completed a doctorate in Developmental Psychology with a Quantitative Concentration at Temple University and a BA in Psychology from Wellesley College. In her role at CEEE, Grace researches how and what people learn most effectively from SOS, particularly in informal learning contexts.

We congratulate Grace on this well-deserved, prestigious honor. CEEE is grateful for her significant contributions to the Science on a Sphere curriculum and her dedication to effective education.
