Resilient Futures Teacher Workshop
Join us to learn about Colorado Climate Literacy Resources! Registration instructions are below.
Middle and high school science teachers, join us for an in-person workshop to explore classroom-ready lesson plans presented by experts from CIRES CEEE, NOAA, Earth Force, the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, and CLEAN (the Climate Literacy, Energy and Awareness Network). The lessons will cover natural hazards, water resources, climate mental health, data literacy, and more.
Participants will leave with a variety of classroom-ready lessons and activities and receive a 20-hour PD certificate OR 1 Continuing Education credit from the University of Colorado Boulder.
Wednesday, June 11th to Friday, June 13th (Wednesday/Thursday 8-5, Friday, 8-Noon)
COST: $35 Registration Fee. Upon course completion, participants will receive a $35 gift card. Please contact us (ceee@colorado.edu) to inquire about a scholarship.

Resilient Futures Teacher Workshop Details:
Join us for a two and a half day teacher workshop in June, where you’ll get to engage with a variety of classroom-ready curricula from the Center for Education, Engagement, and Evaluation (CEEE), formerly known as CIRES Education & Outreach.
The workshop features sessions on topics such as climate science, natural hazards, water resources, climate mental health, data literacy, and more. Participants can tour the local NOAA research site, hear directly from climate scientists, and attend a Science On a Sphere presentation.
