Project EXTREMES partnered graduate students in the sciences with K-12 teachers to enhance the communication of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) disciplines through a focus on the ecology of extreme environments.

Hazard Education, Awareness, and Resilience Task Force

Action-oriented curriculum and role-play games that engage Colorado middle and high school students to investigate wildfire, flood, or drought risk in their hometown and inspire action to increase community resilience.
