ADVANCEing FieldSafety Workshop 2 - Bystander Intervention

Join us for interactive Zoom workshops that help you apply the tools and strategies from the Field Safety Training: Changing the Culture of Fieldwork online course. These 90-minute sessions are designed to support safer, more inclusive field environments through real-world scenario discussions and team-based reflection. Workshop #1 focuses on developing Norms Agreements, which are a key component of a field team's Code of Conduct. Workshop #2 focuses on Bystander Intervention strategies that individual members of field teams can use to recognize and respond to challenging situations.
